Remote internships through Authentica are unpaid internships. The internships are with global companies and work days will vary between placement and availability. (These can range from approx. 15 to 40 hours per week for 6-10 weeks) Pitt students pay Authentica directly for the placement cost. Virtual Internship projects have included: Develop a plastic offsetting model; design a 6-seater electric vehicle for short distance commutes; develop and design health supplements; benchmarking study for waste incinerator with inbuilt scrubbing system;
